Our product is a human anti-Lewis Y antibody hexamer with enhanced complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) activity. This hexameric IgG1 targets the human Lewis Y antigen and includes mutations that enhance hexamerization. These mutations promote the formation of hexamers, which facilitate optimal C1q binding and thereby improve CDC.
