Recombinant Human Anti-human APC Antibody

Recombinant Human Antibody is bind to Human APC, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-APC mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-APC mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition.

Excellent Separation In FACS
We used this antibody for Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting (FACS) to isolate cells expressing activated protein C. The separation was distinct, and the binding was specific. It is an excellent reagent for flow cytometry applications involving coagulation factors.
Specific To Activated Protein C
Specificity was our main concern, and this recombinant human antibody delivered. It binds specifically to Human Activated Protein C and performs well in Western blots and functional studies. The low endotoxin grade is perfect for our sensitive cell-based assays.
