This product is a recombinant human antibody that specifically targets human CD115, a type III tyrosine kinase receptor known to be involved in various cancers and inflammatory diseases. The epitope of the predicted antibody primarily encompasses the D1 domain located in the N-terminal extracellular region of CD115, along with certain residues from the D2 domain. This antibody is a non-ligand competitive anti-CSF1R mAb, with research indicating that the Fc region plays a role in its mechanism of action, hinting at a potential scorpion effect.
