The CytoStream™ Mouse Anti-FAP Recombinant Antibody is specific for human FAP. FAP encodes a homodimeric membrane serine protease found in reactive stromal fibroblasts and granulation tissue, potentially regulating fibroblast growth and epithelial-mesenchymal interactions in tissue repair and cancer. The anti-FAP antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
