DrugMonitor™ Anti-Dusigitumab Antibody (VS-1224-YC382)Dusigitumab is a human monoclonal antibody targeting IGF2, investigated in trials for cancer, advanced solid malignancies, unresectable or metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and hormone-sensitive, HER-2 negative metastatic breast cancer. The DrugMonitor™ Anti-Dusigitumab Antibody (VS-1224-YC382) is an anti-drug antibody (ADA) against Dusigitumab. This drug-based antibody is raised in mice immunized with the Dusigitumab. The anti-Dusigitumab antibody may be used in ELISA, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or serves as a reference standard in ADA assays. It also is an excellent tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, allowing to evaluate the drug efficacy and determine the drug concentration of the Dusigitumab in samples.
