This product is a recombinant antibody that recognizes IGF2. The monoclonal antibody m610 reacts with the epitope of IGF2. M610 inhibit IGF-IR phosphorylation in a wide variety of cancer cells.

Binding of the antibodies was measured by ELISA with 50 ng of either mature or precursor IGF-II immobilized on plates. OD405, absorbance at 405 nm.

DU145 cells were starved in serum-free medium for 6 h followed by incubation with IGF-II at 10 nmol/L final concentration and IgG m610 at the indicated final concentrations.
