Figure 1 A graph shows the ELISA binding of Fab M606 on immobilized long IGF-II. Fab m610 and m616 have similar binding kinetics.
The binding of the Fabs was measured by using ELISA and Biacore surface plasmon resonance technology. In an ELISA assay the EC50 for these antibodies was approximately 4 nM.
