    Recombinant Anti-IL1B Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC174)

    The anti-IL1B eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human IL1B. IL1B produced by macrophages, stimulates thymocyte and fibroblast activities in the inflammatory response. The antibody has a novel IL1B-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble IL1B from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
