Mouse Anti-ITGA4 Recombinant Antibody (clone HP2/1) (CAT#: HPAB-0083-YJ)
This product is a mouse antibody that recognizes human alpha4 integrin also known as CD49d, integrin alpha-4 or VLA-4 subunit alpha. Mab HP2/1 is cross-reactive with alpha4 integrin of Human, Rat, Rhesus Monkey, Bovine, Pig, Cynomolgus monkey, Goat, Rabbit, Llama, Horse, Mink, Mustelid, Cat. Mab HP2/1 can be used in basic studies of VLA-4 mediated adhesion and its interaction with the VCAM-1 structure and has been demonstrated to inhibit cell binding to soluble VCAM-1. Mab HP2/1 can also be used in the treatment of Nephritis.
