Rabbit Anti-JAK2 (pY1007/pY1008) Recombinant Antibody (clone R02-1C5) (CAT#: VS3-WK2166)
This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated JAK2. The target of this antibody is phospho-JAK2 (Tyr1007/1008). The clone R02-1C5 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000, IF analysis at a dilution of 1/50-1/200, IP analysis at a dilution of 1/20, FC analysis at a dilution of 1/50-1/100, and IHC staining at a dilution of 1/50-1/100. The molecular weight of JAK2 (pTyr1007/1008) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 131 kDa.
