The indicated cell lines were stained with mAb L1-11A or the new mAb L1-14.10 followed by PE-conjugated anti-mouse IgG. Note that L1-14.10 only weakly reacts with L1 by FACS analysis

Cell lysates were prepared and separated by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. Blots were developed with peroxidase-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG and enhanced chemiluminescence detection. The L1-220 band (full-length L1) is indicated.
