The Mouse Anti-MDM2 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and monkey MDM2. MDM2 encodes an E3 ubiquitin ligase, promoting tumor formation by targeting tumor suppressors for degradation, like p53. It's involved in various cancers, with amplification or overexpression observed, featuring multiple tumor-specific splice variants. The anti-MDM2 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/1000), Immunofluorescence of cells (1/500), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/1000).
