The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-RET Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse RET. RET encodes a receptor tyrosine kinase vital for development, activated by ligands like GDNF, impacting processes like cell differentiation and survival, with mutations linked to disorders like Hirschsprung disease. The anti-RET antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
