The AbPlus Anti-TSHR Magnetic Beads (49) is an innovative affinity resin which is bound with anti-TSHR specific antibody (49). The beads were designed for small-scale affinity purification and immunoprecipitation (IP) of TSHR protein under native and denaturing conditions.

- The beads are in suspension and will settle upon storage. Prior to use, mix the vial gently (do not vortex) to ensure delivery of proper bead volume.

- Introduction
- The protein encoded by this gene is a membrane protein and a major controller of thyroid cell metabolism. The encoded protein is a receptor for thyrothropin and thyrostimulin, and its activity is mediated by adenylate cyclase. Defects in this gene are a cause of several types of hyperthyroidism. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
