Mouse Anti-TSHR Recombinant Antibody (clone D2); scFv Fragment (CAT#: FAMAB-0324CQ-S(P))
Recombinant Mouse Antibody scFv Fragment clone D2, which is specific to TSHR. The monoclonal antibody D2, selected by the autoantiidiotypic approach following injection of thyrotropin (TSH) into mice, mimic TSH in binding to receptors on thyroid membranes. D2 show unequivocal specificity for the TSH receptor.
