Human Anti-VTCN1 Recombinant Antibody (clone 278M1 L2H2); Fab Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-N0406-YC-F(E))
B7-H4 was highly expressed in many breast and ovarian tumors, suggesting its use as a tumor-associated antigen for these cancer types. FACS analysis demonstrated that 278M1 was capable of binding both human and mouse B7-H4.
