Human Anti-CD276 (clone MGA271) scFv-Fc Chimera (CAT#: VS-0325-FY67)
The anti-CD276 scFv-Fc fusion protein is a genetically engineered construct that merges the single-chain variable fragment (scFv) from the monoclonal antibody with the Fc region of an immunoglobulin, allowing it to maintain the original anti-CD276 antibody's specificity and binding affinity while benefiting from the extended half-life and effector functions of the Fc portion; thus, by targeting the same antigen as the anti-CD276 antibody, the fusion protein can inhibit tumor cell growth, activate immune responses through Fc region interactions, and potentially mediate antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC).
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.
