This HPAB-0236-CN product is a recombinant mouse IgG1, κ antibody that binds human B7-H3. This clone, generated from hybridoma, can be used for IHC studies in samples of pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, colon, and lung tissues. This antibody showed negative staining in liver and pancreas at up to 5 μg/ml. HPAB-0236-CN-F(E) antibody is the Fab fragment antibody form of HPAB-0236-CN antibody. Fab fragments, the antigen-binding domains of an antibody molecule, consist of two amino acid chains composed of VH+CH1 and VL+CL domains.
