Human B7-H3 can be special recognized by a recombinant mouse IgG1, κ antibody (HPAB-0238-CN). The antibody can cross react with cynomolgus and was produced by the hybridomas. The monoclonal antibody can bind to B7-H3 through the extracellular domain of B7-H3 and may subsequently be internalized. HPAB-0238-CN-S(P) antibody is the scfv fragment antibody form of HPAB-0238-CN antibody. Single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) are artificial constructs consisting of the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains connected by a peptide linker.
