Mouse Anti-IL1RAP (clone 4B6) scFv-Fc Chimera

CAT#: VS-0325-FY109

The anti-IL1RAP scFv-Fc antibody targets IL-1R accessory protein (IL1RAP), a key component in IL-1 signaling pathways. It is formulated with a scFv-Fc construct to improve binding affinity and functional versatility. This antibody is useful for studying IL-1 signaling and its role in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.

  • Function
  • The cellular response is modulated through a non-signaling association with the membrane IL1R2 decoy receptor. Coreceptor for IL1RL1 in the IL-33 signaling system. Can bidirectionally induce pre- and postsynaptic differentiation of neurons by trans-synaptically binding to PTPRD (By similarity).
May play a role in IL1B-mediated costimulation of IFNG production from T-helper 1 (Th1) cells (Probable).
