Excellent For ChIP Assays
We used this human Fab fragment (Clone D242) for Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP) targeting BRD4. It binds selectively to the folded domain (aa 333-460) and provided clean enrichment of target DNA regions. It is also effective in IP-MS and IF.
Specific BRD4 Detection
This recombinant antibody is highly specific for Human BRD4. We utilized it in ELISA and Immunofluorescence, where it showed no non-specific background. Its ability to recognize the protein involved in chromatin targeting makes it an essential tool for our epigenetics lab.
