Rabbit Anti-BRD4 Recombinant Antibody (clone 0725W56)

The Rabbit Anti-BRD4 Recombinant Antibody (clone 0725W56) is a recombinant antibody comprising amino acids 149-284 of human BRD4. It is suitable for Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP), Chromatin Immunoprecipitation-Sequencing (ChIP-Seq). BRD4, homologous to murine MCAP and human RING3, associates with chromosomes during mitosis and regulates differentiation of naive CD4⁺ T-cells, and p53-mediated transcription. This antibody is valuable for studying chromatin targeting and gene regulation.
