Human Anti-CD40LG Recombinant Antibody (TAB-219LC) (CAT#: TAB-219LC)
This product is a recombinant human antibody that targets CD40L (CD40 ligand). The immunogen is recombinant human soluble CD40L (for panning). The antibody demonstrates a graphical representation of a dose-response receptor binding assay (RBA) readout, analyzing the inhibition of CD40L binding to CD40-Fc by dAbs. The most potent dAbs exhibit IC₅₀ values of around 8 nM.
