Human Anti-CD40LG Recombinant Antibody (TAB-223LC) (CAT#: TAB-223LC)
This is an inhibitory recombinant human antibody that binds to CD40L (CD40 ligand). The antibody demonstrates a graphical representation of a dose-response receptor binding assay readout, analyzing the inhibition of CD40L binding to CD40-Fc by dAbs. The most potent dAbs exhibit IC₅₀ values is 8 nM.
