Anti-CTLA4 ADCC Enhanced Antibody (JMW-3B3) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. This is a monoclonal antibody to investigate whether sCTLA-4 is important in controlling immune responses particularly in SLE patients. The anti-sCTLA-4 antibody is currently being humanised as a potential therapy for the treatment of some cancers.
