Rat Anti-DLL4 Recombinant Antibody (TAB-233MZ) (CAT#: TAB-233MZ)
This product is a recombinant rat antibody that recognizes DLL4 (Delta-like ligand 4). The antigen binding affinities of the mAb to human and cynomolgus DLL4 were determined by BIACORE technology and the KD value is 0.3 nM and 0.4 nM, respectively. A human cell line expressing full-length human DLL4 as well as recombinant mouse DLL4-ECD (DLL4 extracellular domain) proteins was used as an immunogen for the mAb generation.
