Human Anti-DLL4 Recombinant Antibody (TAB-218MZ) (CAT#: TAB-218MZ)
This recombinant human antibody is a novel monoclonal antibody that binds specifically to delta-like ligand (DLL4). The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. It can be used for ELISA, FC, Neut and other applications. The antibody inhibits the growth of cancer cells by inhibiting the interaction between DLL4 ligand and Notch. The IC₅₀ value of decreasing human DLL4-His bound to Notch 1-Fc is 1.32 nM.
