Recombinant monoclonal antibody to FGFR2. Clone GP369/4B9 is a mouse monoclonal antibody which can be potentially used to treat cell proliferative diseases and disorders, including certain forms of cancer, associated with activation or overexpression of FGFR2.

The cells were incubated with 100 μL of primary FGFR2 antibodies (5 μg/mL) for 1 h, followed by incubation with 1:100 phycoerythrin (PE)-conjugated secondary antibodies (Jackson ImmunoResearch) for 30 min. Analysis of stained cells was performed on a FC500 flow cytometer (Beckman Coulter).
