Recombinant Rabbit anti-GSK3B monoclonal antibody for WB, IHC-P, ChIP, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Specific Phosphopeptide Binding
This rabbit monoclonal antibody (Clone TH196DS) was raised against a phosphopeptide (aa 5-13) of GSK3B. It works exceptionally well in Western Blot and ChIP assays, allowing us to study the kinase's role in energy metabolism and neuronal development.
Excellent IHC Performance
We used this antibody for Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections. It stained human and mouse tissues clearly at a dilution of 1:50-1:200. The recombinant production ensures consistent specificity for the serine-threonine kinase target across different lots.
