Recombinant Human Antibody (HYB3) scFv Fragment is specific to HLA-A1. MAGE-A1, expressed in E. coli. It recognizes the C-terminal half of the MAGE-A1 peptide, the HLA-A1 alpha1-helix, and N-terminal residues of the alpha2-helix, accompanied by a large tilting angle between the two types of molecules within the complex.

Unique HLA-A1 Specificity
The HYB3 scFv fragment has unique specificity for the HLA-A1/MAGE-A1 complex. We used it in ELISA and it recognized the specific epitope. This is a critical tool for our research into MHC class I peptide presentation.
