Anti-Human IL-13 Recombinant Antibody Fab Fragment (CNTO 607) (CAT#: TAB-067ZJ-F(E))
CNTO607 binds human IL-13 with high affinity (Kd=15pM) and prevents binding of IL-13 to both IL-13Rα1 and IL-13Rα2. CNTO607 potently neutralizes the activity of IL-13 in a variety of bioassays, including cell survival, eotaxin production, and STAT6 signaling.
