Human Anti-IL4R Recombinant Antibody (clone Antibody 1)

This antibody is a recombinant human antibody specific for Interleukin-4 receptor subunit alpha (IL4RA), which is a 140 KDa membrane protein that binds human IL-4 with a high affinity. It recognizes human IL4RA and it has cross-reactivity against cynomolgus monkey IL4RA. It has been tested using Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, Function assay and other applications.

Excellent for ELISA
I've employed the Human Anti - IL4R Recombinant Antibody (clone Antibody 1) in ELISA experiments to detect IL4R in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells, nasal epithelial tissue samples, and lung tissue lysates. The antibody demonstrated remarkable sensitivity. It precisely quantified IL4R levels, even in samples with low expression. This has significantly advanced my research on immune responses in allergic rhinitis and asthma.
