Human Anti-KDR Recombinant Antibody (TAB-0298CL) (CAT#: TAB-0298CL)
This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes human KDR (VEGFR-2). In cells and in vivo, TAB-0298CL showed an excellent ability to neutralize VEGFR not only in human but also in mouse and rat.

- Centrifuge briefly prior to opening vial. Store at +4°C short term (1-2 weeks). Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

- Western Blot revealed that TAB-0298CL had inhibitory effect on the phosphorylation of ERK in primary cultured HUVEC cells. Flow Cytometry revealed that TAB-0298CL was strongly bound to endogenous human KDR, which was expressed on the surface of living HUVEC cells. The KDR affinity of the antibody was analyzed in ELISA. After adding the TAB-0298CL, the proliferation of the HUVEC cells treated with VEGF was reduced in an antibody concentration-dependent manner. TAB-0298CL had inhibitory effect on the phosphorylation of KDR and the migration of HUVEC cells induced by VEGF. TAB-0298CL had an angiogenesis inhibitory effect in vivo (rat), and anti-cancer effect in cancer xenograft animal models.
