Recombinant Mouse Antibody (79D) Fab Fragment is specific to Kit. The inhibitory KIT antibody Fab fragment that bind to the membrane-proximal Ig-like D4 of KIT with significant overlap with an epitope in D4 that mediates homotypic interactions essential for KIT activation.

ELISA analysis of PFBL-637 was performed by coating with recombinant human c-kit protein (ECD, His tag). Then blocked with BSA and incubated with PFBL-637. The HRP conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 2000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm
