Human Anti-KIT Recombinant Antibody (clone 19); scFv Fragment (CAT#: PSBL-625)
Recombinant Human Antibody (19) is capable of binding to KIT, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-KIT scFv and CH1-3 region of human scFv and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-KIT proteins scFv and CL of human light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. This antibody blocks the activity of KIT.
