NIH 3T3 cells expressing WT KIT were incubated for 5 h with the indicated concentrations (Upper) of Fab79D following stimulation with 25 ng/mL of SCF for 5 minat 37 °C. Lysates of unstimulated or SCF-stimulated cells were subjected to immunoprecipitation (IP) with anti-KIT antibodies followed by SDS/PAGE and immunoblotting (IB) with anti-KIT or anti-phosphotyrosine (pY) anti-bodies.
