Humanized Anti-MET Recombinant Antibody (clone Onartuzumab (OA5D5.v2)); scFv Fragment (CAT#: PFBZ-155)
Recombinant Humanized Antibody (Onartuzumab (OA5D5.v2)) Fab Fragment is specific to MET. Onartuzumab, derived from the 5D5 antibody previously shown to bind the MET Sema domain, has shown preclinical activity in glioblastoma (GBM), pancreatic cancer, and non–small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC), among other tumor types.
