The recombinant antibody reacts with receptor-like tyrosine kinase cMet. The antibody is recommended for ELISA, Functional assay. c-MET is a receptor tyrosine kinase and activates a wide range of different cellular signaling pathways, including those involved in proliferation, motility, migration and invasion.
