Anti-Human NTRK2 Recombinant Antibody (29D7) (CAT#: TAB-176CQ)
The monoclonal antibody recognizes loop-3 of the IgG-1 segment of human TrkB (ENLVGED) and may also recognizes loop-1 of the IgG-1 segment of human TrkB (AGDPVP) and blocks caspase-3 activation caused by hypoxic-ischemic (HI) injury.
