Anti-Human NTRK2 Antibody, Research Grade Biosimilar (CAT#: TAB-696CL)
Recombinant monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human NTRK2. This is secreted protein that binds with high affinity to the extracellular domain of the tropomyosin-receptor kinase B (TrkB) receptor. It promote neuronal cell survival by activating the receptor and down-stream signaling proteins. We explored anti-TrkB antibodiess as a therapeutic strategy for Huntington's disease (HD).
