This product is a recombinant mouse antibody Fab fragment that recognizes Alpha-synuclein. The binding affinity of its full-length antibody was tested by SPR analysis with a KD value of 2.69 nM. Its full-length antibody has been tested in a sandwich ELISA for the detection of phosphorylated SNCA as the capturing antibody. This product could be used in immunoassays such as Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry.
