This recombinant mouse antibody Fab fragment recognizes SNCA (α-synuclein), a protein associated with Parkinson's disease with good specificity. This mouse engineered anti-SNCA Fab antibody also has a good neutralization ability to reduce the oligomerization of SNCA. This Fab antibody could be employed in immunoassays in the labeled form with an analytically-detectable regent in our customized service.
