Western blot analysis of TAB-0741CLV was performed with Recombinant human SNCA protein in non-reduced (Lane 1, 2 μg) and reduced (Lane 2, 2 μg) condition. Proteins were transferred to a CN membrane and blocked with 5% skim milk for at least one hour. Membranes were probed with TAB-0741CLV (2 μg/ml) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-Mouse as a secondary antibody (1:5000). Chemiluminescent detection was performed.

ELISA analysis of TAB-0741CLV was performed by coating with Recombinant human SNCA protein. Then blocked with BSA, and incubated with TAB-0741CLV. The HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG as a secondary antibody (1:5000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
