WW domain scaffold protein anti-Human VEGFR2
CAT#: SWW-L212
The WW domain that bound VEGFR2 was isolated from the library using phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, WW domain variants were identified having affinities (KD=24 nM) for VEGFR2 as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
