Rabbit Anti-AKT1 (pS124) Recombinant Antibody (clone R04-4X5) (CAT#: VS3-WK2156)
This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated AKT1. The target of this antibody is phospho-AKT1 (Ser124). The clone R04-4X5 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000 and IP analysis at a dilution of 1/20. The molecular weight of AKT1 (pSer124) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 60 kDa.
