Rabbit Anti-AKT1 (pT450) Recombinant Antibody (clone R72-1U-9)

This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated AKT1. The target of this antibody is phospho-AKT1 (Thr450). The clone R72-1U-9 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000, IP analysis at a dilution of 1/50, and IHC staining at a dilution of 1/100-1/200. The molecular weight of AKT1 (pThr450) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 60 kDa.
