Recombinant Anti-B2M Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (YTH 470.5 var.)

The anti-B2M eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human B2M. B2M, part of the MHC class I complex, is involved in antigen presentation and linked to certain immunodeficiencies. The antibody has a novel B2M-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble B2M from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
