Rabbit Anti-BRAF (pT401) Recombinant Antibody (clone R05-9B6)

This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated BRAF. The target of this antibody is phospho-BRAF (Thr401). The clone R05-9B6 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000 and IP analysis at a dilution of 1/20. The molecular weight of BRAF (pThr401) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 84 kDa.
