Mouse Anti-CD37 Recombinant Antibody Hexamer (VS-0924-YC112), CDC Enhanced (CAT#: VS-0924-YC112)
The product is a hexameric mouse anti-CD37 antibody with enhanced complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) activity. This IgG1 antibody targeting human CD37 has been engineered with hexamerization-enhancing mutations to promote hexamer formation, facilitating optimal C1q binding and augmenting CDC efficacy.
