The Fab is a human antibody fragment that exhibits specificity for CD37. The mAb A2 significantly inhibits the growth of lymphomas, specifically Ramos lymphomas. The antibody is the Fab fragment antibody format of the antibody, cat# HPAB-AP033-YC. The Fab fragment of an antibody is capable of binding to antigens independently of the Fc portion.

Whole blood samples from CLL patients were incubated with increasing concentrations (0.001 μg/ml to 100 μg/ml) of antibodies A2 and B2 for 3 hours. The percentage of viable CLL cells at the end of the incubation period for the two patient subgroups is depicted, bars represent mean values, standard deviation is indicated.
